Welcome to your Interior Design Studio based in Coimbatore. By engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial interior design projects, including Kitchens, Wardrobes, Bedrooms, Modular Furniture, and Full Interior Solutions.

1. Scope of Services

We provide services including:

  • Interior Design Consultation
  • Modular Kitchen Design & Installation
  • Wardrobe Design & Manufacturing
  • Bedroom Interior Design
  • Living Room Interior Design
  • Full Home Interior Solutions
  • Space Planning and 3D Visualization
  • Furniture and Decor Recommendations
  • Project Management and Execution

Any additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Project Quotation

  • All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, and project requirements.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed after site measurements and design approval.

3. Design Approval

  • Design concepts, drawings, and 3D renders must be reviewed and approved by the client before execution.
  • Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and revised timelines.
  • All approvals should be provided in writing via email or WhatsApp.

4. Payment Terms

Payment shall be made according to the agreed schedule:

  • Advance Payment – Before project commencement
  • Production Payment – Before material procurement and manufacturing
  • Installation Payment – Before site installation
  • Final Payment – Upon project completion and handover

Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays or temporary suspension of work.

5. Project Timelines

  • Estimated timelines will be shared before project commencement.
  • Timelines may vary due to material availability, client approvals, site conditions, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors or force majeure events.

6. Materials and Finishes

  • Material samples, finishes, laminates, fabrics, and colors will be selected and approved by the client.
  • Natural variations in wood, stone, veneer, fabric, and other materials are normal and shall not be considered defects.
  • Availability of specific materials is subject to supplier stock.

7. Site Access and Responsibilities

  • The client shall provide safe and uninterrupted access to the project site.
  • Necessary permissions, approvals, electricity, and water supply must be arranged by the client unless otherwise agreed.
  • Delays caused by restricted site access may affect project schedules.

8. Warranty

  • Warranty coverage applies only to products and services specifically mentioned in the project agreement.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, water leakage, electrical issues, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, drawings, concepts, renderings, layouts, and project documents remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received.
  • Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or share design documents with third parties without written permission.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Advance payments made towards design and project initiation are non-refundable.
  • If the client cancels the project after work has commenced, charges for completed work, purchased materials, and committed resources will be deducted from any eligible refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project execution or delays.
  • Liability shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
